The New ASSESS360 Survey is competency based. Following best practice, ASSESS askes raters to indicate the employee's competence on 5 behavioural anchors. Also to indicate, in written narrative, the employee's 3 areas of strength and 3 areas where development is needed. Usually 5 to 8 raters (Manager, Peers, Direct Reports, Colleagues etc) anonymously assess an employee, although there is no limit on the number of raters.

Surveys are completely customised to each organisation and each role within that organisation. AssessSystems Psychologists work with the organisation to align specific competencies to each job role utilising our library of 38 competencies. We call this process "Strategic Success Modelling". Or you can utilise our in-house competency building workshop. We work with the people who are doing the job to build their own competency model.

ASSESS360 reports are very comprehensive. They containing ratings on behaviours relating to each competency as well as reported narrative pertaining to each employees strengths and areas of development need, as defined by the raters.

The ASSESS360 is fully web enabled and you can have an unlimited number of raters. Automatic reminders are posted to raters as a reminder to complete their assigned survey. Cost pre person is $385.
