What Is ASSESS Used For?
ASSESS is designed and has been

ASSESS Measures Personality and
Abilities
Personality Testing
The personality portion of
the ASSESS test battery consists of 350 items drawn from a shortened
and improved version* of the Guilford Zimmerman Temperament
Survey(GZTS), scales from the Dynamic Factors Opinion Survey(DFOS) and
additional scales developed by BHA. Detailed descriptions of the ASSESS
personality scales and the processes by which they were developed are
provided in the ASSESS Technical Manual, to download/view click

Intellectual
Ability Testing
The standard ASSESS system is designed to accept as many as seven
well-known intellectual ability tests and incorporate these results
into the reports. However, the system is flexible enough to allow the
use of other tests outside the standard set. Standard tests include:

Using ASSESS for Selection
Making good employment
decisions about external candidates can be very difficult for
employers. ASSESS is designed to help objectify this process for
professional and managerial candidates.
The test battery measures
intellectual abilities and work-related personality characteristics.
ASSESS reports evaluate test results to give the employer an integrated
and comprehensive evaluation of the candidate in areas such as
intellectual ability, thinking style, work approach, motivations and
interpersonal style. Reports can now be linked to your own competency
model, or we can build a competency model for you utilising our
competency building workshop process.
Report content also includes a
quick summary of potential strengths and weaknesses, interview
suggestions for follow-up, management suggestions and template
comparisons to over 73 different job-level and job-type norm groups.
ASSESS has been fully normed against NZ/Aust Managers and
professionals.

it easier to evaluate the person's fit with the job role. Customised
