Hardwired

The Science Of Relationship Management

Hardwired is a tool to assist organizations with their communication issues. The technology uncovers how each individual is ‘wired” to listen and communicate on a daily basis. It also uncovers how people are motivated and what might occur under stressful communication processes. Studies have shown that approximately 75% of people are wired differently than you. In other words, three-fourths of the people in your work environment are not wired for communication in the same pattern as you. Your message gets lost in the process of communication up to 75% of the time.

This communication technology has been in use for over 30 years. Hardwired has taken the science of relationship management to a whole new level by providing a software interface, allowing managers and employees to instantly see how communication styles are affecting on-the-job performance. The product was designed with business language. Direct and precise wording prompts the user into action by pointing to effective language that will prompt the employee and colleague to better hear your message – and to take action!

The Hardwired process entails taking the questionnaire online. It takes about 20 minutes to fill out the profile. The results are then sent in a PDF file, ready to be reviewed by the manager and employee. After a relatively brief training period, the Hardwired application software is provided to the client.
