Employee Development
The
ASSESS360 Survey and ASSESS Progress is competency based, fully
customisable. Following best practice, ASSESS asks raters to indicate
the employee's competence on 5 behavioural anchors. Also to indicate,
in written narrative, the employee's 3 areas of strength and 3 areas
where development is needed.
The new ASSESS Progress module is designed for annual employee
performance appraisals. This dovetails nicely into your on-going
development
process using ASSESS development reports and ASSESS 360 - Whilst these
two measure explain "why" and "how" an employee does things - ASSESS
Progress takes an annual snapshot of the progress they are making.
